FXI Limited Warranty

The manufacturer, FXI, warrants to the original purchaser that the accompanying product will be free from defects in workmanship. This Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”) does not cover conditions resulting from normal wear and tear, which includes the additional increase in foam softness or a decrease in foam recovery. All foam, regardless of chemical composition, will some of its resiliency (memory) during its life. This is normal and not covered by the Warranty applicable to this product. Any such changes in the foam over time will not compromise the comfort or pressure relieving capabilities of the foam.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO THIS PROUCT, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY SHOWN IN THE FXI WARRANTY SCHEDULE. Some Jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES:

If, during the Warranty period, the product is found to be defective because of defects in material workmanship, it will be replaced or repaired at FXI’s discretion. To obtain a replacement, please contact FXI Customer Service at 1-800-366-2194. Replacement of a product under the terms of this Warranty does not extend the Warranty period.

This Warranty applies only to product as used in the United States or Canada. It is not applicable in U.S. territories or other countries. This Warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or abuse of a product. FXI reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or better quality if an identical product is not available at the time of replacement under this Warranty. This Warranty is non-transferable.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Items NOT covered under the FXI Limited Warranty are as listed below, but are not limited to:

  • Transportation & Inspection cost(s)

  • Bedding Height

  • Comfort Issues

  • Body impressions that do not exceed 3/4”

  • Sagging that does not exceed 3/4”

  • Damage due to misuse or abuse

  • Damage due to an inappropriate foundation or bed frame

  • Normal wear which includes the additional increase of foam softness or a decrease of the foam recovery, stains, soiling, odor, tears or burns (will void the Warranty)

LAW TAG SAMPLE

Each FXI bedding product has a Law Tag attached to it. To determine the terms of your warranty, match the warranty code located on the bottom of your Law Tag with the Warranty schedule on this page.

FOAM CARE

Spot clean ONLY using a damp towel and mild soap. DO NOT USE BLEACH. Blot with a clean, dry towel to remove excess moisture. Allow foam to fully air dry before usage. We recommend that you rotate your mattress occasionally, but it is not required for your warranty to remain valid. We recommend the use of a mattress protector.

COVER CARE

Using any other method or disinfectants could cause staining or damage to the product and void the warranty. Wipe with a soft cloth or sponge using a mild soap that is diluted with lukewarm water. Do not machine wash and/or dry. Do not use harsh cleaners or solvents. If a disinfectant is needed, quaternary or phenolic type is appropriate if used according to manufacturer’s instructions and rinsed after application.
