      • John Cowles
        President and Chief Executive Officer
        John Cowles has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since June 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Cowles was Chief Executive Officer of Touchstone Wireless, a company recognized as the leading cell phone repair, remanufacturer and logistics telecommunications provider in North America. Mr. Cowles is a 30-year business veteran who has held senior leadership positions at major companies – such as Kraft Foods, Campbell Soup Company, and George Weston Bakeries – and guided them to significantly improved fiscal success. Mr. Cowles has global experience with operating businesses in Asia, North America, and Latin America. He has built strong teams focused on strategic growth delivered through an efficient supply chain. Mr. Cowles holds an Engineering Degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
      • Harold J. Earley
        Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer
        Harold J. Earley has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer since January 2016. Prior to that Mr. Earley was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2009. Prior to joining FXI, Mr. Earley was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Foamex International Inc. During Mr. Earley’s 27 plus years in senior financial leadership roles, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Sonitrol Corporation, a leading provider of commercial security services located in Berwyn, PA and also served as Chief Financial Officer of Celetronix International, Ltd a global provider of electronic contract manufacturing services. Mr. Earley was with Amkor Technology Inc., where he held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Finance. Earlier in his career, Mr. Earley held the position of Audit Partner with Siana Carr & O’Connor, and spent eight plus years with the public accounting firm KPMG upon graduation from college. Mr. Earley received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Drexel University.
      • David M. Minning
        Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer
        David Minning has been Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer for FXI since January, 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Minning was general manager of the Home Furnishings and Technical Products business units, which includes foam solutions for the bedding, furniture, and healthcare industries. Prior to joining FXI in March 2011, Mr. Minning held various management positions with Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. He served in a number of key leadership positions, including roles as Vice President, General Manager, Patient Environment and Vice President, Marketing & Innovation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Minning held various positions in finance and strategic planning at Anthem, Inc. Mr. Minning received his B.S./B.A. from Xavier University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati's Lindner School of Business.
      • John M. Smail, Jr.
        Senior Vice President, and General Manager – Automotive
        John M. Smail, Jr. joined FXI in November of 2015 as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Automotive Products Group. Mr. Smail has 28 years of service in the automotive interiors segment. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Smail was Senior Vice President of Commercial at International Automotive Components. Earlier in his career, Mr. Smail served as the Vice President of the General Motors Business Unit at Collins & Aikman. Mr. Smail received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and his MBA from Oakland University.
      • Philippe Knaub
        Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
        Dr. Philippe Knaub has been Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of the Company since September 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Knaub was Global Head of R&D for Emulsion Polymers of Styron Europe GmbH, now Trinseo. Prior to that, Mr. Knaub worked over 20-years in a number of roles and business units for The Dow Chemical Company. Mr. Knaub has an established international reputation in polyurethanes and plastics, has published original and work in professional publications and textbooks, and is named for several patents. Mr. Knaub holds a Ph.D. and undergraduate degrees in Macromolecular Materials from the Institut National Des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) and a M.S. degree in Materials Physics Engineering from Université Claude Bernard.
      • Andrew R. Prusky
        Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
        Andrew R. Prusky has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since January 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Prusky was Senior Vice President, Legal since June 2009. From April 2008 to June 2009, Mr. Prusky was Senior Vice President, Legal of Foamex International Inc. (Foamex). From August 2006 to April 2008, Mr. Prusky was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Foamex. From November 2002 to August 2006, Mr. Prusky was Assistant General Counsel of Foamex. Prior to that, Mr. Prusky practiced corporate and securities law at the law firm of Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Prusky received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the Temple University School of Law.
      • Janice L. Mehnert
        Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
        Janice L. Mehnert joined FXI in January of 2017 as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources. Ms. Mehnert has over 30 years of Human Resources and consulting experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and technology. Prior to joining FXI, Ms. Mehnert was the Director of Corporate Human Resources for TE Connectivity. Earlier in her career, Ms. Mehnert was Director of Human Resources for Siemens Medical Solutions, Sr. Director of Human Resources for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Vertex, Inc. Ms. Mehnert received her BA in Psychology from St. Olaf College and her MBA from Penn State University.
