  • John Cowles
    President and Chief Executive Officer
    John Cowles has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since June 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Cowles was Chief Executive Officer of Touchstone Wireless, a company recognized as the leading cell phone repair, remanufacturer and logistics telecommunications provider in North America. Mr. Cowles is a 30-year business veteran who has held senior leadership positions at major companies – such as Kraft Foods, Campbell Soup Company, and George Weston Bakeries – and guided them to significantly improved fiscal success. Mr. Cowles has global experience with operating businesses in Asia, North America, and Latin America. He has built strong teams focused on strategic growth delivered through an efficient supply chain. Mr. Cowles holds an Engineering Degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
  • Harold J. Earley
    Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
    Harold J. Earley has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Earley was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Foamex International Inc. During Mr. Earley’s 27 plus years in senior financial leadership roles, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Sonitrol Corporation, a leading provider of commercial security services located in Berwyn, PA and also served as Chief Financial Officer of Celetronix International, Ltd a global provider of electronic contract manufacturing services. Mr. Earley was with Amkor Technology Inc., where he held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President of Finance. Earlier in his career, Mr. Earley held the position of Audit Partner with Siana Carr & O’Connor, and spent eight plus years with the public accounting firm KPMG upon graduation from college. Mr. Earley received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Drexel University.
  • Donald W. Phillips
    Executive Vice President and General Manager, Automotive
    Donald W. Phillips has been Executive Vice President and General Manager of Automotive since April 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Phillips held several executive management positions such as Executive Vice President of Automotive and Home Furnishings, Executive Vice President, Automotive and Quality and also served as the Company’s Executive Vice President, China Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Phillips was Executive Vice President, Automotive and Quality of Foamex International Inc., where he successfully restructured and increased profits for the global Automotive division. Mr. Phillips also headed Foamex’s China Operations. During Mr. Phillips 17 plus years in the industry, he also held the positions of Principal of Advanced Materials Group, LLC, a company engaged as a sales representative for manufacturers in the automotive supply chain and Senior Account Manager for Foamex International’s Automotive Products business unit. Mr. Phillips received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Lawrence Technological University in 1989.
  • Diane F. Adams
    Chief Marketing Officer, SVP
    Diane F. Adams has been Chief Marketing Officer, SVP since January 2013. Prior to that, Ms. Adams held the position of Senior Vice President, Consumer Products. Ms. Adams has over 25 years experience in Sales and Marketing with leading manufacturing companies including Avery Dennison, Crayola, Knex, and Schiller Grounds Care. Ms. Adams has extensive brand management experience and has successfully delivered new products and innovation with brands such as Crayola, Lincoln Logs, Brio, Disney, and many others. Ms. Adams has written articles on new product process and targeted marketing and she is a contributing author to the book Goals For Successful Marketing Executives. Ms. Adams received a BS in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
  • Vincenzo A. Bonaddio
    Senior Vice President, Research and Development
    Vincenzo A. Bonaddio has been the Senior Vice President, Research and Development since May 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Bonaddio served as Senior Vice President of the Company's Technical Products Business. Prior to that, Mr. Bonaddio served as Senior Vice President of Foamex International Inc.’s Technical Products Business and held several senior management positions during his 19 year career with Foamex International and its affiliates. Mr. Bonaddio was instrumental in the development and commercialization of products based on the VPF® and SMT® Technologies. Mr. Bonaddio earned his Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
  • Darryl M. Dunn
    Senior Vice President, Controller
    Darryl M. Dunn has been Senior Vice President, Controller since May 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Dunn served as Vice President, Controller of the Company. Prior to that, Mr. Dunn was Vice President, Controller of Foamex International Inc. During his career, Mr. Dunn held the several financial positions, Chief Accounting Officer for Brandywine Realty Trust, Corporate Controller at Talk America, Inc., Vice President Corporate Controller at Amkor Technology, Division Controller at Intelligent Electronics and started his career as a Public Accountant/Audit professional with KPMG. Mr. Dunn is a Certified Public Accountant and received a BS in Accounting from Widener University.
  • Gary Fassak
    Senior Vice President and General Manager, Home Furnishings
    Gary Fassak has been Senior Vice President and General Manager, Home Furnishings, since April 2013. Previously, Mr. Fassak was Vice President, Marketing and Sales for ARAMARK Corporation’s Refreshment Services division. Mr. Fassak has held senior leadership positions at major companies, including Procter and Gamble, where he led brands such as Crisco, Duncan Hines, and Scope; Campbell Soup Company, where he led the Swanson and flagship Red & White Soup businesses; and Crayola LLC, where he leveraged innovation to expand the company’s footprint to new creative platforms. He has also held the position of Chief Operating Officer of the Philadelphia Zoo where he led the planning and launch of Bank of America Big Cat Falls, the first major new exhibit in a decade. Mr. Fassak holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Cornell University, and an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson School of Business.
  • James J. Garland
    Senior Vice President, Operations
    James J. Garland has been Senior Vice President, Operations since July 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Garland was Vice President, PMO, EHS and Quality and also led the formation and implementation of the Project Management Office. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Garland was Vice President, Manufacturing Excellence of Foamex International Inc. where he launched Best Practice initiatives across all key operations and held several leadership positions in the Operations organization. Mr. Garland held several management positions over a 29 year career with ARCO Chemical, both in the US and Europe, including Operations Manager, Urethane Chemicals; Worldwide Business Manager, Polystyrenics; and Director, Manufacturing Auditing. Mr. Garland holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Drexel University.
  • David M. Minning
    Senior Vice President and General Manager, Technical Products
    David M. Minning has been Senior Vice President and General Manager, Technical Products since March 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Minning held various management positions with Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. He served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including roles as Executive Director, Marketing and Business Development, North America Acute Care, Vice President, General Manager, Patient Environment, and most recently as Vice President, Marketing & Innovation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Minning held various positions in finance and strategic planning at Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield (WellPoint). Mr. Minning received his BS/BA from Xavier University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
